My craft is built upon a foundation of extensive professional experience and a deep respect for tradition. After completing my National Diploma in Hospitality and Supervision and my NVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Service, I spent years working across the hospitality industry, gaining invaluable insight in hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops. To further refine my artistry, I pursued formal training in cake design, earning my NCFE Level 2 qualification.
I take pride in blending this professional technical knowledge with the authentic, time-honored family recipes that first inspired me to bake as a toddler. I dedicate my full attention to every commission, spending hours perfecting the details that make your cake unique.
